IS THERE A WARRANTY ON MY BASEBALL BAT?

Most likely there is. In addition to our 30-Day “No-Sweat” Guarantee, most baseball bats carry a manufacturer’s warranty whoever these differ by manufacturer. You can get information about each of the bat manufacturer’s that we carry by viewing our Baseball Bat Manufacturer’s List.

IF I GET MY ORDER AND THE GLOVE DOESN'T FIT, CAN I RETURN IT?

Absolutely. We offer a 30-Day Guarantee on all of our orders. This means that you can feel secure placing your order. If it doesn’t fit or you just change your mind, we’ll gladly accept it back in the original packaging, with all original tags, and in resalable condition. Baseball Rampage offers Free Regular Ground Shipping on orders over $99.00. This is up to an $8.95 value. Small or medium size class orders shipped to the Continental US will ship FREE. Larger class orders and orders shipped to Non-Continental US addresses will receive an $8.95 discount on their shipping charge.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please give us a call at 800-758-8778 and we can setup a Return Authorization (RMA) for your order. Once your return has been setup, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of the ship date, in its original, re-saleable condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories and you will receive a prompt exchange or refund.
